How we handle the details you send
Short version: the form asks for four things, your answers reach us as a message, and nothing about you is stored on this site. There is no analytics and no tracking here.
What the form asks for
The pilot form on the company page has four fields, and all four are sent when you submit it:
- Full name — the name you type.
- Work email — the address you type.
- Company — the organisation you type.
- Workflow to evaluate — your own description of the workflow you would like to put under DRIM.
That is all of it. There is no fifth field, hidden or otherwise, and nothing about you is added to what you typed.
What happens to your answers
They reach us as a message, and we use them to answer you about the pilot. Nothing else happens to them: they are not written to a database, a log or a file, and the message is their only home.
We should be plain about what that does not cover: once a message has arrived it sits in a mailbox, like any other letter, until somebody deletes it.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for advertising.
The spam check
The form is guarded by Cloudflare Turnstile — a spam check in place of a captcha. Your browser loads it from Cloudflare, and it is verified before your message goes anywhere.
Cookies and tracking
We set no cookies of our own, and there is no analytics on this site: no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no tracking pixel. Fonts are served from this site, so no font service is told about your visit.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set cookies of its own — a bot check, for instance — and sees what any web server sees: the page asked for, the IP address that asked and the browser's user-agent. We neither collect nor read that.
If you change your mind
Write to us and we will delete your message; there is no second copy to hunt for.
The limits of this page
This page describes what we do. It is not a contract. It does not claim compliance with the GDPR, the CCPA or any other regime, because nobody writing it is a lawyer and a promise that cannot be kept is worse than an absent one. If anything here is unclear, ask us.
